But seriously, I live in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. I work as an IT contractor for the Federal Govt full-time and I'm a part-time Photographer (some of my work is displayed in the slideshow below). I love to entertain, cook, meet new people, and try to enjoy life as much as possible.

Just Beautiful!!! You also look thinner... How's your weight loss journey going if you don't mind me asking?
Your locks are so gorgeous. Sometimes I wish I had traditional locks.
Hey Nat,
Your hair is coming along beautifully! Looking good, Sis!
To Meikmeika...
Hi sis, I love reading your comments to my entries. In answer to your question, my weight loss journey is at a stand still. I've been going thru some personal stress and I've definitely realized I'm a stress eater, so I've actually gained a few pounds back on. I know I need to get back on the wagon and that's my intention. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for asking!
Inspirations and blessings,
Nat
I love this photo of your locs. And you may have answered this question somewhere else, but do you twist or latch? Where can I find your maintenance routine?
Hi Yvonne,
I apologize that I'm JUST getting around to answering your question, but I didn't even notice your comment until now.
My locks are palm-rolled and occasionally interlocked (which is like latching, minus the tool) as needed due to my texture. I have more information on my fotki photo-journal. There's a link to the right of my blog where my links are posted. Take a look and if you have more questions, feel free to leave a comment as a guest on the site and I'll answer it there, k!
Take care,
Nat
